Accordience is powered by the talented people we have in our agencies, whose creativity, expertise, and passion drive everything we do.

PEOPLE AND CULTURE

Our strength lies in the power of diverse perspectives working together in a culture where every voice is valued, collaboration thrives and success is shared.

We offer innovative rewards and benefits packages tailored for each agency, including flexible cash rewards through Grayling’s Thanks Ben platform and Cirkle’s Joy programme, which gives monthly paid time off for activities that bring joy. Benefits are regularly reviewed and developed in collaboration with teams and employee resource groups.

We nurture an inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered and valued. Our DEI Council and employee resource groups help support under-represented communities, including People of Colour, LGBTQ+, Faith, Parenting, and Wellbeing. Partnering with organisations like Creative Access and the Taylor Bennett Foundation, we drive positive action, with all UK agencies also being Living Wage accredited employers. You can read more about our Group DEI ambitions and progress through our annual ESG report, available  here.

The act of listening forms a central focus to our engagement plans, running quarterly global surveys and providing platforms like ‘Ask the CEO’, as well as monthly peer forums. By ensuring employee voices are heard and valued, we build a culture driven by feedback, collaboration, and meaningful connections. We also have a lot of fun – all of our agencies host a generous range of inclusive socials, from axe throwing to ice-skating.

We support causes tied to global issues by match-funding colleague fundraising and enabling paid volunteering. Initiatives include La Course des Lumières in Paris and Cirkle’s partnership with social impact app, OnHand. Our agencies also provide pro bono services, such as Red Consultancy’s 70 hours of support for youth homelessness charity Centrepoint. In our fast-paced industry, prioritising the mental and physical wellbeing of our people is vital. From office massages and puppy therapy events, to senior leaders openly sharing their own mental health journeys, we aim to foster a culture of collaboration and transparency. Mental health first-aiders and our Wellbeing ERG host regular events throughout the year, ensuring wellbeing remains central to our culture.

We invest in the growth of our people through our tailored industry-leading learning and development programmes. Our LearnAmp platform provides instant access to training, while mentoring programmes connect colleagues with top leaders. We focus on developing industry competencies and soft skills, empowering employees to grow both personally and professionally throughout their careers.

We passionately champion sustainability and support initiatives like Zero Waste Week and Plastic Free July – which this year saw one of our agencies run a beach clean operation for the day. Our global sustainability champions promote projects such as a wildlife rooftop regeneration programme in London and circular economy events in Hong Kong.
